A leading global Property Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their newly appointed CEO in luxury offices located in Canary Wharf and the West End. This role involves diary management, travel coordination, and team support, ideal for a proactive candidate with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Role: EA to CEO - 12 Mth FTC
Salary: £70-80,000 + bonus and benefits

This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a global Property Company, within luxury offices based in Canary Wharf and the West End. This role will be supporting a newly appointed CEO who is an amazing, inspirational lady who is top of her game and highly respected within the industry. This role will be mainly office based, although there are WFH options when the CEO is travelling, which is a lot of the time. The role will be split between both offices and will be supporting the CEO with a dotted line to her Chief of Staff. The role will be mainly diary, meeting and global travel as well as inbox, expense management and event organisation. This role will be working alongside other EA’s within the organisation, with some team management. We are looking for a C-Suite EA who has experience managing staff and transformation. Global exposure with internal and external stakeholder is a must as well as a flexible, proactive approach. This EA role would suit a candidate from a Financial / Professional services background with either large corporate or SME exposure. This is a great role for an EA looking for that next step!
