Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

Location: West End, London

A well-known, global firm is seeking an articulate, dedicated, and solutions-focused EA to support an international CEO. Based in stunning offices in the West-End, this role is based five days a week in the office. As the right hand to the CEO, we are looking for someone who can work at pace and has exceptional problem-solving skills. The company is currently experiencing growth, making this an exciting time to join. The CEO has a clear vision for the company's future, and he requires an EA with experience working within a client-facing financial services or fintech environment at a senior level.

Each day will vary, but core duties include:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex and dynamic calendar management across multiple time zones.
  2. Collaborate closely with the CEO’s US office to ensure seamless global coordination.
  3. Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, senior leadership, and global partners.
  4. Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  5. Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting follow-ups; track action items to ensure timely completion.
  6. Handle confidential correspondence with responsiveness and professionalism.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Flexible, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours when required
