Job Description:

Speed. Scale. Simplification.

This is our philosophy. This is our momentum. This is your opportunity.

At APCOA, we are not just managing parking spaces – we’re pioneering the future of urban mobility and smart city solutions. With a presence in 12 countries, over 12,000 locations, and more than 50 years of operational leadership, we are Europe’s largest parking and mobility services provider.

And now, we’re entering a bold new chapter.

With the launch of our newly formed Group HQ in West London, we are transforming from a collection of high-performing local business units into a truly enterprise-led, future-fit organisation — one that retains its entrepreneurial spirit while unlocking the power of scale.

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the right-hand support to our C-suite executives. Your day will involve juggling multiple priorities, from meticulously managing calendars and coordinating high-stakes meetings to arranging travel itineraries and handling confidential information with utmost discretion. You'll be the driving force behind operational efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

How You'll Make an Impact

As the Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our executives and driving the company's success. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that meetings, events, and projects run smoothly, enabling our leaders to focus on strategic decision-making. Your ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality will be instrumental in fostering a productive and efficient work environment.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
  • Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with native Italian speakers.

If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting executive teams and driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

About the Team

At APCOA, we see beyond the parking space. We see a world where mobility is intelligent, sustainable, and seamlessly integrated into daily life.

Our new Group HQ is more than a physical space — it’s the heartbeat of a new enterprise, where high-impact leaders shape the future.

If you’re ready to apply your expertise to meaningful challenges and help transform an industry --join APCOA Group HQ. Let’s build what’s next.

APCOA Group HQ is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
