The role spans calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, onboarding and culture initiatives, with opportunities to lead internal events and cross-team collaborations in a dynamic music

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an executive assistant or in fast-paced admin roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite for day-to-day tasks.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to PDEGO leadership, handling confidential matters with discretion.
• Manage calendars across time zones, coordinate complex travel itineraries.
• Prepare notes from meetings and support ad hoc projects.
