Leading International Investment Bank is seeking an organised Assistant to join their Corporate Access team, supporting Roadshows and Investor Meetings with EA and Events support. The role involves coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth programme execution.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years as a PA/EA in a corporate setting (financial services preferred), exposure to Roadshows or Investor Relations, and flexibility to travel to London for live events.

Qualificações

• 4+ years experience as PA/EA in a corporate environment (preferably financial services).
• Exposure to Roadshows, Investor Relations or Corporate Access is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to London for live events as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Organise logistics for roadshows and investor meetings across London and EMEA offices.
• Source and book venues, organise speakers and manage travel/accommodation logistics.
• Manage invitation lists and ensure smooth running of programmes.
