Recruitment Manager specialising in Finance, Property & Business Support roles

Our client is a growing IT consultancy located in the City of London. They are looking to hire an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support their entrepreneurial Director on a permanent basis.

A large part of this role involves working on various projects to facilitate a vibrant work culture and contribute to the company's overall success. This is a key role for the company and requires a candidate who can multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

  • Providing EA support to an entrepreneurial MD
  • Extensive diary management
  • Working on client-led projects and ensuring timelines are met
  • Organising and attending client meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with the management team to implement effective business processes
  • Fostering a positive work environment and providing an exceptional experience for London-based team members
  • Overseeing office management, including creating a welcoming office space and logistics
  • Organising social activities and team-building events

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a 2:1 classification
  • At least 3 years of experience working at Director level as an Executive Assistant/PA
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
