  2. Document management - Use firm brand standards to create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using various Microsoft tools.
  3. Meetings & events - Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings & small events (internal and external); liaise with designated teams for larger events; manage travel using our firm’s dedicated agents and travel tool; and independently manage multiple calendars.

Teaming

  1. Participate in meetings and learning events; engage in team initiatives and projects; and provide short-term backup support for your colleagues and cover reception duties as required.

Skills and attributes for success:

  1. Outstanding time management and organizational skills in a demanding fast-paced environment.
  2. Proven ability to prioritize and meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines.
  3. Strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to problem solve and anticipate the executive’s needs and be solution-oriented.
  4. Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs with proactive follow-through.
  5. Committed to contributing to a strong team culture to ensure success.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships to efficiently leverage expertise.
  7. Sound judgement regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
  8. Ability to multi-task and learn quickly, while being adaptable to change.
  9. Be an ambassador for new technology and processes, and be eager to engage in continuous learning and development.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  1. Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with proven ability to learn customized software/tools.
  3. Excellent customer service and proven team player with strong written and oral communications skills.
