ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking someone who can provide seamless support to our CEO, enabling him to focus on strategic initiatives by managing day-to-day operations. The role will be fast-paced and varied, working across all areas of the business, and engaging with both global suppliers and customers as needed.

This role requires someone who can evaluate current systems, suggest improvements, and implement new processes and procedures. The implementation is crucial – projects must be followed through to completion, including training and evaluation.

This is a senior position requiring an understanding of business strategy, operations, and efficiency.

Some travel to industry events and meetings may be required.

The role will be based at our head office in Surrey.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS

  • Support the CEO across all areas of the business
  • Provide PA services, including organising travel, scheduling meetings, diary management, etc.
  • Handle some office management duties
  • Provide administrative support where needed
  • Assess company operations and suggest and implement improvements
  • Monitor and improve business-critical areas such as H&S, Customer Care, Training & Development
  • Develop an in-house CRM system for the benefit of the business
  • Assist with strategic planning and implementation
  • Work with global suppliers to maintain excellent relationships and supply chains
  • Collaborate with all department heads to ensure accountability across all departments
  • Manage projects from concept to completion
  • Support in meetings
  • Anticipate needs and offer suggestions
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed
  • Conduct yourself professionally for the benefit of the business, clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Represent the business and brands professionally
  • Be prepared to travel for meetings and industry events
  • Perform tasks outside immediate job scope when required for the overall benefit of the business
  • Possess exceptional organisation, time management, and communication skills
  • A keen interest in the beauty and skincare sector is beneficial
