Alexander Hall is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director on a one-to-one basis within a mortgage services business in London. You will work closely with the MD to optimise his time and focus, gaining insight into the organisation and key personnel.
You will manage a busy Outlook diary, arrange meetings and travel, prepare documentation, and coordinate company-wide events and travel arrangements as required.
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience
We are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant for our Managing Director of our mortgage services company, Alexander Hall. You will work very closely with the Managing Director to provide administrative support on a one-to-one basis, ensuring he is making the best use of his time. This role will require you to gain a strong insight into Alexander Hall, become familiar with key personnel and understand the organisation’s aims and objectives. Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, confidence, loyalty, discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes for this role.
