Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant

Job Description
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the senior management team
  • Organising and managing diaries, making appointments
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them appropriately
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organising and attending meetings, ensuring the manager is well prepared
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and staff
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience in a secretarial or business support role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
