Job Description

  • Providing administrative support to the senior management team
  • Managing and organising office operations and procedures
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Managing the executive's calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information
