Executive Assistant- Fully office based

£60k - £70k + 10% Bonus and excellent benefits

A high-performing, fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA)to support senior stakeholders within a world-class Research function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and highly organised individual to work closely with top-level professionals and play a key role in a collaborative and intellectually engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple senior stakeholders’ diaries with efficiency and discretion
  • Prioritise meetings and time in line with strategic business needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams and other EAs across the business
  • Build strong relationships and act as a key liaison for the Research function
  • Manage expenses and handle a range of administrative and ad hoc tasks
  • Be office-based and fully embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of the team

Experience required:

  • University graduate, ideally with an interest in finance, research, or technology
  • Previous experience as an EA or in a similar administrative support role
  • Experience of managing multiple senior staff with complex diaries
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working with varied personalities
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills; able to adapt quickly
  • Discreet, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
