Salary: £220 Per Day
Location: Canary Wharf, 5 Days in the Office

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to join their team in Canary Wharf. This role offers an attractive salary of £220 per day and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced corporate investment banking environment. The successful candidate will have a solid EA background, with experience working with senior stakeholders in an office setting. They will demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness, diligence, and a strong business and client deliverable focus.

What you'll do:


As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting senior level operations within this dynamic corporate investment banking environment. Your excellent time management skills will be utilised in advanced diary management, coordinating both internal and external meetings as well as larger events such as Off-Sites/Town Halls/Skip-Levels. You will be responsible for executing travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring all expenses are processed within policy. Your interpersonal skills will shine through in your handling of both internal and external clients, coordinating department scheduling and transactional activity. Your technical capabilities will be put to use in utilising internal systems for accurate data entry, report production and information collation. You will also oversee distribution lists, technology usage and other administrative tasks. As an integral part of the business, you will understand changeable group priorities and business expectations.

  • Proactive diary management including internal/external meetings, conference calls, and orchestration of Off-Sites/Town Halls/Skip-Levels
  • Partnering with relevant groups to execute travel and entertainment booking and enable expense processing within policy
  • Handling internal and external clients including client facing interaction and coordination of department scheduling & transactional activity
  • Utilising internal systems for accurate data entry, report production and information collation as required
  • Oversight for distribution lists, technology usage and other administrative housekeeping tasks
  • Becoming an integral part of the business, understanding changeable group priorities and business expectations
  • Partnership with assistants across LoB to provide coverage as required
