The Financial Times is seeking a seasoned and flexible Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Managing Directors. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, good judgement and a proactive approach.
You will be the central point of coordination for two busy diaries, managing communications with discretion and care. Your role will also include handling global travel arrangements, preparing professional documents and presentations, and tracking actions from weekly team meetings. Building strong relationships across the FT, particularly with senior leaders and their assistants, will be essential to your success.
You’ll help drive team coordination from onboarding new starters and supporting team members within FT Professional and the FT Consumer Revenue Group, helping shape internal communications and facilitating team-building events. A confident communicator, you’ll provide excellent service to both internal and external contacts, while offering flexible support on any ad hoc tasks. This is a key role in a collaborative and high-performing environment, offering a high level of autonomy, variety and visibility across the business.
