Rosemont Pharmaceuticals in Leeds is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level, proactive support to our senior leaders, enabling them to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
This hybrid role requires discretion, strong judgement, and excellent organisational skills, with responsibilities spanning diary management, travel, governance, and board-level meeting preparation, based at our Leeds site three days a week.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level, proactive support to senior leaders, enabling them to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. This is a trusted, highly visible role that requires discretion, strong judgement, and exceptional organisational skills.
You will act as a key point of coordination across the business, managing complex diaries, communications, and priorities while supporting governance, meetings, and executive‑level activity in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment.
This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate working from our Leeds site at least 3 days a week.
