Rosemont Pharmaceuticals, based in Leeds, seeks a commercially driven Strategic Finance Manager to support acquisitive growth and lead financial analysis for acquisitions. You will build valuation models, assist in due diligence, and drive value creation across deal delivery and post-deal integration.
The role partners with senior leaders, including the CEO and CFO, blending rigorous financial modelling with hands-on deal delivery in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

We are looking for a commercially driven Strategic Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting Rosemont’s acquisitive growth strategy. This position sits at the heart of our M&A activity, providing financial insight across acquisition evaluation, transaction execution and post-deal integration.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, CFO and Group Finance Director, gaining broad exposure across high-impact strategic initiatives. The role combines robust financial modelling and analysis with hands-on involvement in deal delivery and value creation.
This is a hybrid role which requires the successful candidate to ideally be based in our Leeds office at least 2 days a week.
