Overview

Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant looking to make a real impact? You will be supporting the Company Director and senior leadership team with operations, events, time management, and strategy. This is a high-profile role where your discretion, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will be key to success. Your role centres around decision-making, assisting the Director in staying informed, prepared, and focused. This role is a hybrid position, based from the Leeds office for 3 days a week, there may be times where flexibility is required.

Responsibilities
  • Offering confidential, high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director.
  • Events management responsibilities, including internal meetings, travel requests, and expense claims for senior managers.
  • Sophisticated diary management, coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Preparing clear, concise reports and communications, often on behalf of the Director and to board level.
  • Analysing data (e.g. sales performance) and present insights to support decision-making.
  • Attending meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items with senior team members.
  • Developing visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Demonstrated experience as a PA or Executive Assistant in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Confident working independently and making good decisions.
  • Comfortable liaising with senior managers and external contacts.
  • Analytical demeanour with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Experience in hosting customer-facing events.
