Pharmacy2U, the nation’s largest online pharmacy and a certified B Corp, is seeking an Executive Assistant in Leeds. The role supports the CEO with diary management, board liaison, travel planning and high-level communications in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Leeds with hybrid working 2-3 days in Thorpe Park, the successful candidate will coordinate complex schedules, prepare board papers, and represent the CEO with discretion and professionalism across stakeholders.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a high-trust, high-visibility role responsible for ensuring the CEO operates at maximum effectiveness. This is far more than diary management — the successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand, gatekeeper, and extension of the CEO across internal leadership, the Board, investors, and external stakeholders. The role demands exceptional discretion, sharp commercial judgement, and the polish to represent the CEO and the business credibly in investor and Board settings.
