Job summary

Office Angels is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO in Exeter. The role demands proactive diary management, travel arrangements and high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare documents, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information and maintain a calm, professional approach while delivering exceptional organisational support. Hybrid working is available after settling in.

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Exeter
Salary: £32,500 FTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week (5 hours per day)
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a successful and well-established organisation based in Exeter.

This role is ideal for an experienced PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You will be responsible for coordinating a busy diary, arranging meetings, preparing documentation, organising travel and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
