Executive Assistant

Richmond | Hybrid | Full-Time | Permanent | Paying up to £50k

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join a small, fast-paced leadership team within a globally focused, professional environment. This role offers broad responsibility across executive support, administration, HR coordination, and office management.

You will act as a trusted right hand to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations while also playing a vital role in maintaining a positive internal culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level PA and administrative support to multiple senior stakeholders
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and external enquiries
  • Manage complex diaries, international travel arrangements, and inboxes
  • Handle sales invoicing, supplier payments, and budget tracking
  • Liaise with finance providers for bookkeeping, payroll, and pensions
  • Oversee the smooth running of the office and remote working setup
  • Support HR processes, including recruitment and employee documentation
  • Coordinate team events and internal communications
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports
  • Take on project-based and ad hoc responsibilities as required

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant or PA role
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Confident liaising with senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Positive, flexible, and a natural team player
