Chartered Insurance Institute in London is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support up to two members of the Executive Leadership Team. The role is hybrid, based in London, with a 15-month fixed-term contract and a salary of £42,000–£47,000.
You will manage complex diaries, coordinate busy schedules, prepare meetings, and handle communications. You will also conduct research and analysis to inform decisions, partnering with senior stakeholders to keep the executive office running

You’ll play a central role in keeping the executive office running effectively, supporting up to two members of the Executive Leadership Team. You’ll manage complex and often shifting priorities, ensuring diaries are aligned and meetings are purposeful and well prepared.
Beyond day-to-day coordination, you’ll contribute to the flow of information across the business—handling communications, preparing briefings, and carrying out research and analysis to support decision‑making. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and adapt your support as priorities evolve, helping ensure the executive team can focus on delivering against long‑term objectives.
