Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a new Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Warden/CEO and Bursar/CFO. This role will also undertake the role of Clerk to our Trustees. This is a full-time position, working 52 weeks per year.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive and project management support to the Warden and CFO, plus other members of the Executive team. This will include responsibility for a wide range of activity, including:
The successful candidate will have proven experience working as an Executive Assistant in a similar role and/or be degree qualified in Business Administration/Management. This is an exciting role, working on a variety of different projects at a senior level, at a time where our foundation has very ambitious growth plans. Experience in working PMO would be advantageous.
