About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join ONSIDE and work closely with our CEO and Directors in a key, wide ranging role that will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to truly make a difference and contribute to the smooth running of this exceptional organisation.
As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks whilst having the opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing crucial support to ensure the efficient running of the directors’ team and trustee board. Responsibilities will include executive administration, diary management, internal and external communication and project coordination.
There will be plenty of opportunities to develop new skills whilst working closely with senior managers, we guarantee no two days will be the same! This role will suit a confident, proactive, organised and efficient completer finisher who relishes the opportunity to provide support to keep projects on track, manage a significant workload and ensure nothing falls through the gaps.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a confident, versatile individual who can think on their feet and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will be IT savvy and a confident user/early adopter of new technology.
As someone who is energised by having the opportunity to use your own initiative, you will be motivated to work autonomously but have the confidence to seek help and ask for support when needed. With the ability to quickly ascertain what tasks need to be done and prioritise appropriately, you will take pride in your work and have a high level of attention to detail
The ideal Executive Assistant has knowledge and experience of working at a senior executive level and has supported Senior Management Teams, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels internally and externally to the charity.
You will be intuitive, highly organised and will take a proactive approach, identifying areas of improvement. You will have the ability to be resourceful and have advanced skills in project management and Microsoft Office.
