Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Executive AI Strategist to lead AI strategy and business development across EMEA, partnering with C-suite executives to transform enterprise customer experiences using Amazon Connect and AWS Applied AI Solutions in London.

You will own GTM and revenue initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and translate customer insights into scalable programs that accelerate AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Proven ability to design and execute GTM strategies for AI-driven CX initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, solution architecture and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders within major EMEA enterprise brands.
• Develop, execute, and own GTM and sales strategies focused on AI in customer experience to grow adoption of Amazon Connect and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders to orchestrate Connect GTM and strategic pursuits.
• Capture customer insight to influence product roadmaps for Amazon Connect and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
• Create scalable programs and best practices to unblock challenges and drive growth.
• Serve as an Amazon Connect AI subject matter expert supporting broader internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve Amazon Connect’s GTM capabilities and operational rhythms.
