Job summary

Accounts Receivable Administrator role in Warwick is an office-based, temporary position starting immediately and running until 28 February 2026, with potential extension. You will join a busy finance team, handling reconciliations, remittances, and cash allocations while using Salesforce and Excel extensively.

We are looking for strong Excel users with keen attention to detail, good numeracy, and clear communication to support a back-log-clearing process in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments for accounts.
• Contact customers by phone and email to chase or clarify remittances.
• Log all activity in Salesforce and maintain accuracy.
• Investigate and correct misallocated payments and discrepancies.
