Job summary

Bobby Moore Academy, part of the David Ross Education Trust, seeks an exams & data administrator to support the academy with exam administration and related data tasks. You will liaise with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards to ensure smooth processes.

This fixed-term, full-time role (52 weeks, 37 hours weekly) requires attention to detail and strong communication within an education setting. The trust emphasizes safeguarding and high standards across all sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience working effectively in an education environment.
  • NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and relevant learning strategies/programmes of study.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data and administrative support for the academy under direction of senior staff.
  • Oversee the efficient running of internal and external examinations, liaising with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards.

This is a key role to provide specific data and administrative functions for the academy under the direction or instruction of senior staff. To be responsible for the efficient and effective running of all internal and external examinations within the academy, including liaising with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards. This role is a fixed term, full time (52 weeks, 37 hours per week)

GCSE grade A

  • -C (or equivalent) of NVQ level 2 Maths/Numeracy/English/literacy/ICT
