Qualifications

  • Experience using Arbor and Go4schools is desirable but not essential.
  • High levels of honesty, integrity, and time management; ability to use own initiative.
  • Strong communication with adults and children, verbally and in writing.
  • Safeguarding knowledge and understanding of child protection policies.

Responsibilities

  • Input student assessment data across multiple platforms (Go4schools, FFT Aspire, ALPS, Arbor) and set up courses and marksheets.
  • Design, collate, and distribute school progress reports for Years 7-13 for teaching staff.
  • Assist with end-to-end exam administration and logistics (mock and real exams) including rooms, student arrangements, and invigilator staffing.
  • Support safeguarding and safer recruitment checks as required.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, working closely alongside our Exams Officer and the wider exams and data department. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our student progress tracking, managing and entering key data across our core educational platforms.,

  • Data & Reporting Administration: You will support the Exams Officer by inputting student assessment data across multiple platforms (Go4schools, FFT Aspire, ALPS, and Arbor) and setting up relevant courses and marksheets. You will also design, collate, and distribute school progress reports for Years 7-13, ensuring all teaching staff have up-to-date student data.
  • Exam Logistics Support: You will assist with the end-to-end administration and smooth running of both mock and real examinations. This includes coordinating practical logistics such as exam rooms, student arrangements, and invigilation staffing., This role may also suit a former teacher or higher-level teaching assistant wishing to transition out of the classroom and reduce delivery responsibilities, while still playing a vital, behind-the-scenes role in driving student progress and supporting school operations., All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
