Nacro in Southampton is seeking an Exams Administrator to join the exams team. You will work closely with the exams officer to handle registrations, certifications and exam entries, supporting delivery of our qualifications with careful attention to regulations and processes.
The role involves assisting with exam days, planning, preparation and general administration, and may involve invigilating as required. Strong IT skills and DBS clearance are required.
Term Time only (41 weeks), plus 10 working days in the holiday period

We are seeking someone who has an eye for detail and is able to support the administration of exams-based activity. We need someone with good attention to detail who can understand regulations from the awarding organisations that we work with. We need someone who can foster great working relationships with colleagues who have diverse experience levels. The post holder needs to have strong IT skills.
As a key member of exams team, you will be working closely with the exams officer at Nacro to complete the administration required that supports the delivery of our qualifications. This will include registrations, certification and the processing of exam entries. You will also be supporting with the running of exams days which will include planning, preparation and general administration. You may also act as an invigilator as required.
