Nacro is seeking a dedicated housing/education/health and wellbeing support worker to join our expanding team in the UK. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support across an allocated area, with regular travel requiring a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
The starting salary is £26,807 with progression to £28,851 within the first year, with transparent progression points and opportunities for further pay progression.

This role requires regular travel across an allocated area and therefore, a Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are essential.
Our services look to motivate and support people to stabilise behaviour, make positive changes in their lives; to address underlying causes of their difficulties and to engage in meaningful activities such as training, volunteering and ultimately developing confidence and skills required to live independently and successfully in a permanent tenancy. Support planning is person‑centred, delivered in a psychologically-informed, trauma-informed, gender-informed way.
