Job summary

Exeter College in Exeter is seeking an Exam Access Team Leader to oversee a team of Assessors ensuring the right exam access arrangements for students. You will screen and assess students for access needs, liaising with schools and parents where needed.

You will keep JCQ regulations up to date and implement changes, manage referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements. You will deliver training and share your expertise with staff across the college, and get involved in college

Qualifications

• Lead a team of Assessors to ensure correct exam access arrangements.
• Screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools/parents.
• Stay up to date with JCQ regulations and implement changes.
• Manage student referrals and support teaching staff with arrangements.
• Deliver training and share expertise with staff across the college.
• Engage in college life; support open events and invigilation on campus.
• Role is Exeter based but supervises teams across the Exeter & North Devon Group.
