We have an exciting opportunity to join our Additional Learning Support team as an Exam Access Arrangement Apprentice. The right applicant will possess a team orientated focus, open and approachable to our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) learners and have the ability to liaise with internal and external professionals working with individual learners.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn while you work, gaining hands‑on experience in a busy and supportive environment. You'll develop your administrative, communication and organisational skills, working alongside experienced colleagues who will support your learning and professional growth every step of the way.
Main areas of responsibility:
Through this apprenticeship, you'll gain practical workplace experience, build your confidence and develop transferable skills that will help you progress in your career while making a positive contribution to the success of Nottingham College and the students we serve.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn; working towards fulfilling the responsibilities of an Exam Arrangement Assistant throughout your apprenticeship. You’ll have a positive attitude, a willingness to develop new skills, and an eye for detail when completing tasks. You'll enjoy working with others as part of a team while also building the confidence to take initiative and manage your own responsibilities.
Above all, you'll share our commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone. Through your friendly and professional approach, you'll support colleagues, students and visitors, helping to create a positive environment where everyone feels valued and able to succeed.
On completion of your Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to move into a permanent role of a Exams Arrangement Assistant at Band 4 (£25,256 - £26,348 per annum).
