This is a pivotal role within one of the College's most important learner support functions. We support a growing number of learners who require Exam Access Arrangements across 16-18 study programmes, apprenticeships and adult learning. At any one time, around 1,000 learners have approved arrangements in place, making this a high-profile and business-critical role.

Working closely with Specialist Assessors, the Examinations Team, curriculum staff and Additional Learning Support colleagues, you will coordinate the entire process from referral through to implementation, ensuring systems, records and deadlines are managed effectively.

This role would suit an experienced professional with exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate complex processes across a large organisation.

  • Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation across multiple systems.
  • Producing reports and management information relating to Exam Access Arrangements activity.
  • Supporting quality assurance, audit and inspection requirements.
  • Developing and improving processes to ensure an efficient and learner-centred service.
  • Providing advice and guidance to staff regarding Exam Access Arrangements and reasonable adjustments.
  • Supporting a growing number of learners to access assessments fairly and successfully.
What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused individual who can confidently manage a high-volume, compliance-driven process.

  • Experience of coordinating complex administrative or operational processes.
  • Experience of working within education, learner support or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience of maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent digital and ICT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience of using databases, learner management systems or other digital platforms to manage information and produce reports.
  • The ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • A commitment to inclusion, learner success and continuous improvement.
What We Offer in Return:
