Nottingham College is seeking an Exams Team member to support processing and maintenance of student exam records using the college system and awarding body platforms. You will handle registers, access arrangements, claims, and certificate distributions, while enabling smooth exam delivery for various qualifications.
A commitment to studying for a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship is required, with one day per week devoted to study.

As a member of the Exams Team your role will be to support the processing and maintenance of student exam records using the College’s student record system EBS. You will deal with queries from curriculum colleagues, other internal departments, students, parent/guardians and external awarding bodies and have the chance contribute to the development of new processes and ways of working within the team. Please be aware this post will involve studying for a L3 Business Administration apprenticeship alongside your day to day tasks, and as such, you will spend one day a week studying towards your qualification. In order to be eligible for the role you must have a valid and eligible residency status and the right to work in England.
Due to growth within the College’s T Level and private candidate provision, we have two new posts within the Exams Team. You will join a welcoming team who play a key part in ensuring our exams processes run smoothly. You’ll have an eye for detail and work well with data, demonstrating the ability to process large volumes of data, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You’ll ideally have experience of working within a team but also be able to work independently and without direct supervision and will work well when faced with tight deadlines.
Although the majority of the role isn’t front facing with students, you will need to have a commitment to providing excellent customer service to those colleagues and customers you come into contact with and you will need to provide support to students during our busy enrolment and exams periods.
