Job summary

Nottingham College is seeking an Exam Access Arrangement Apprentice to support and track exam access arrangements across the college. You will gain hands-on experience in a busy environment, developing your administrative, communication and organisational skills while closely supported by experienced colleagues.

The role offers an apprenticeship path with potential progression and a pathway into a permanent Exams Arrangement Assistant role at Band 4 (£25,256 - £26,348 per annum) after

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn through an apprenticeship
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to liaise with learners and staff effectively

Responsibilities

• To provide and maintain a high-quality cross-College administrative system for exam access arrangements
• To facilitate the application and approval of exam access arrangements with deadlines
• To liaise with learners and teaching staff to initiate timely applications
• To understand JCQ regulations and attend relevant courses as required
• To ensure learners have approvals within Awarding Bodies regulations
• To provide administrative support, including maintaining records and responding to enquiries
