Acis Group is seeking an Evolution Programme Business Partner to lead a portfolio of transformational projects that shape growth, innovation and social value across the organisation.

You will turn strategy into action by coordinating cross‑functional teams, engaging stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable impact. The role also involves governance, business case development and senior‑level collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross‑cutting programmes and applying programme management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record delivering programmes with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Appraising and implementing innovative programme tools to deliver group objectives.
• Driving end‑to‑end delivery across multiple projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensuring projects are on time, on budget and deliver measurable social value.
• Developing feasibility studies and governance documentation for oversight.
• Managing sign‑off with internal/external partners and reporting to executives.
