Job summary

Acis Group is seeking a Growth Manager who will shape the future growth agenda, identify opportunities, and build financially viable services for communities. You’ll work across acquisitions, new markets, and funding streams, delivering compelling business cases and partnerships to support our social purpose.

The role involves collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team and Bid Manager to ensure viable, fundable models and strong financial planning while guiding multiple income streams

Qualifications

• Full understanding of the funding and grant submission process.
• Experience securing multiyear funding and full cost recovery.
• Experience generating diversified income from new markets.
• Experience with acquisitions and mergers to support growth.
• Ability to turn stakeholder relationships into productive partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Generate growth opportunities including acquisitions and new markets.
• Develop compelling business cases and financial models.
• Lead on cost recovery and sustainable income across multiple sites.
• Build strategic partnerships and secure external funding streams.
• Deliver against growth strategy with the Executive Leadership Team.
• Prepare viable bids with strong cost models and governance oversight.
• Research and develop a robust prospect pipeline to meet targets.
