Imago Venues at Loughborough University Campus is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial Team. You will manage enquiries, secure new and repeat business, and coordinate events from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring every booking is planned accurately and every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, hospitality, events or customer-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service.
• Organised with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and secure new and repeat business across our venue portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for customers.
• Conduct venue showrounds and pre-event meetings with clients.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise conversion rates and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate all confirmed events, ensuring accurate input of booking details into company systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey.
• Work closely with operational teams to communicate event requirements and ensure smooth event delivery.
• Attend regular function sheet and operational meetings.
• Ensure event billing information is accurately recorded and processed.
• Support on-site event delivery and delegate registration when required.
• Undertake proactive sales activity, including telesales and business conversion calls.
• Support wider business development initiatives and commercial objectives.
