Manorview is seeking an enthusiastic Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator to join our wedding and events team across multiple venues. You will secure sales and deliver personal, high‑quality client service from first contact to the day itself.

You’ll manage leads, book showcases, coordinate with operations, and ensure seamless handovers. The role includes occasional travel between venues, training, and career development within a supportive hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Strong admin skills (system training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Convert leads and secure bookings for weddings and events.
• Build relationships and generate new leads.
• Attend meetings with Senior Management and sales colleagues.
• Collaborate with operations for seamless event handovers.
• Balance appointments, planning, and admin.
• Report on sales performance.
• Deliver show rounds and sales appointments, offering a world-class experience.
