Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to manage event bookings and client relationships across our venues. You will coordinate inquiries, plan events and deliver tailored packages ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to execution.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in communication, negotiation, and MS Office, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities. You will work with internal teams to hit sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute show rounds.
• Create and deliver proposals within budget and timelines.
• Administer function agreements and deposit contracts.
• Be the client’s first contact from enquiry to event.
• Coordinate with the wider sales team for excellent customer service.
• Share reservation information with the team prior to service.
• Achieve pre-booked sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Coordinator on working methods and sales activity.
• Identify and communicate potential leads and opportunities to Area Sales Coordinator.
• Maintain strong relationships with the wider Sales Team.
• Follow all company processes and policies with integrity.
• Ensure policies and systems are followed within the role.
