Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to manage event bookings, inquiries, and client relationships across its venues. You will handle inquiries, plan events, and tailor packages to meet client needs, ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact to event delivery.

The role requires strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, with collaboration across operations and marketing to hit sales targets and ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Numerical and analytical capabilities to interpret data and metrics.
• Strong influencing abilities to guide client decisions and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Comfort with online research, email, calls, and presenting proposals.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and execute show rounds.
• Create and deliver proposals within budget and timeframe.
• Administer contracts and deposit agreements.
• Be the client’s first point of contact through enquiry to event.
• Coordinate with the wider sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Share reservation information with the team prior to service.
• Aim to achieve pre-booked sales targets while delivering first-class service.
