In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver events that matter to our customers-primarily in person at our events but occasionally online. You will be supported by a knowledgeable team and trusted to lead the planning and delivery of engaging, purposeful events from start to finish. With access to the tools, processes and expertise you need, you will work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to create experiences that are seamless and impactful.
You will help turn ideas into event programmes that resonate with our audiences-developing content with subject experts, coordinating logistics, managing budgets and using data to understand what works and where we can do better. Your insight will play a vital role in making our events more inclusive, relevant and responsive to customer needs.

What do I need to be successful?
Experience in delivering face-to-face and digital events from planning to delivery
Strong organisational skills with knowledge of logistics, budgeting and supplier management
Confidence working across teams and coordinating with subject matter experts
A focus on customer needs and the ability to align event content accordingly
Familiarity with HSE, GDPR and other compliance standards
Comfortable using event delivery technology and assessing event impact using KPIs
What else should I know?
The role includes occasional national travel, typically a couple of times per month, to support events across different sites. Some events may take place on Saturdays-when this happens, time off in lieu is provided to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
