Do you want to see the real impact of your work in high-quality, multi-format events?

Imagine using your planning expertise to shape industry-leading events that truly connect with audiences. Think about building programmes that are not only strategic, but also meaningful to customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver events that matter to our customers-primarily in person at our events but occasionally online. You will be supported by a knowledgeable team and trusted to lead the planning and delivery of engaging, purposeful events from start to finish. With access to the tools, processes and expertise you need, you will work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to create experiences that are seamless and impactful.

You will help turn ideas into event programmes that resonate with our audiences-developing content with subject experts, coordinating logistics, managing budgets and using data to understand what works and where we can do better. Your insight will play a vital role in making our events more inclusive, relevant and responsive to customer needs.

What's in it for me?

At AQA, you will be supported from day one with:

Opportunities for personal and professional growth

A generous pension scheme with combined contributions up to 18.5%

25 days of annual leave (rising yearly), plus Bank Holidays and a Christmas closure

Hybrid working, with two office days a week (Manchester-based role)

Private Medical Insurance, Healthcare Cash Plan and paid volunteering days

Access to a newly refurbished office with a gym, games room and yoga studio

If you want to produce impactful events and be part of a collaborative team that values your input, we will provide the platform for you to deliver and grow.

What do I need to be successful?

Experience in delivering face-to-face and digital events from planning to delivery

Strong organisational skills with knowledge of logistics, budgeting and supplier management

Confidence working across teams and coordinating with subject matter experts

A focus on customer needs and the ability to align event content accordingly

Familiarity with HSE, GDPR and other compliance standards

Comfortable using event delivery technology and assessing event impact using KPIs

What else should I know?
The role includes occasional national travel, typically a couple of times per month, to support events across different sites. Some events may take place on Saturdays-when this happens, time off in lieu is provided to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

What next?

Every year we make results happen for millions of people across the UK. To explore how you can be a part of that, apply today and upload your most recent CV.
