The Castlefield Rooms offer a boutique venue in central Manchester, situated within a conservation area on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal. With a prime location near major transport links, complimentary on-site parking, and top-tier service and cuisine, The Castlefield Rooms are ideal for weddings, corporate events, and parties. We provide three distinct spaces accommodating 25 to 250 guests, along with competitively priced event packages. Our dedicated Events Team ensures the smooth running of each event, complemented by menus from the acclaimed kitchens of Albert’s Shed Restaurant and Dukes 92.

Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site role for a Senior Wedding & Events Coordinator to cover a 1-year maternity leave in Manchester. The Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing weddings and events from inquiry to completion. Daily tasks include client meetings, understanding their needs, coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves working closely with the Events Team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of events.

  • Experience in Sales and Event Coordination
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
