Rapport is offering an Events Coordinator role at a stunning London location with views of Canary Wharf. You will join a diverse team across two nearby venues, supporting guest management, event inquiries, and the delivery of high-quality meetings and receptions.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of events management and in-person customer service experience in premium environments; you are proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator with a client-focused approach.

Our client is a prominent American multinational investment management and financial services firm that values excellence in service and care for its clients, customers, guests, and service partners.
Type of contract:Full-time, permanent
Hours:40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
Employment will be subject to a successful vetting outcome which includes a requirement of proof of a UK address for the last 6 years.
