The Tank Museum is seeking an organised Partnerships & Events Administrator to support planning and delivery of the events programme and partner relationships. The role covers administrative duties for event and partnership activities, calendar management, invoicing, and on-site event support.
You will contribute to curatorial and planning phases of new events, manage communications, and assist with risk and safety considerations across the department. On-site presence is required.
The Events & Partnerships Team plays a vital role in generating sustainable income, enhancing the visitor experience, and supporting the Museum's mission through the delivery of high-quality events and the development of strategic partnerships. Through a combination of exceptional event delivery and mutually beneficial partnerships, the team helps strengthen the Museum's profile, expand its reach, and support its long-term sustainability.
Supporting the Partnerships & Events team, the Partnerships & Events Administrator supports in planning and delivering the events programme as well as building and enhancing relationships with partners of the museum. They will lead on all administration for the planning phases for events and partnerships at the museum. They also contribute to the curatorial and planning phases of new event concepts.
Beyond these core responsibilities, the role involves hands-on support with event setup, operational leadership during public events and experience days, and assisting with wider administrative projects across the department as needed.
Due to the nature of this role you will be based onsite at The Tank Museum, there is no option for hybrid or working from home.
