Piperdam Golf & Leisure Resort is seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to lead the delivery of weddings, corporate and resort events. You will drive operational excellence across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring flawless guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage staffing, budgets and post-event reviews, fostering a culture of outstanding service, teamwork and accountability. Evening and weekend work is required.

Competenze

• At least 3 years' experience in an Event Operations Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience within weddings, events, hospitality or hotel operations.
• Calm under pressure with a guest-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of all events and functions across the resort.
• Lead pre-event briefings and operational meetings with relevant teams.
• Ensure events run to schedule and meet service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team members and manage staff rotas.
• Provide regular coaching and performance reviews to staff.
