Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking an Events Operations Assistant to deliver exceptional service during events and functions. You will help ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience by assisting with setup, service and guest needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and efficient communication with kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards during busy events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Fluent in English and excellent customer service.
• Reliable, friendly and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Set up and maintain banquet or event tables, serve food and beverages, clear dishes.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders and service team for smooth event flow.
• Pay close attention to table settings, presentation and guest preferences.
• Breakdown and reset tables and stations after events.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
