The Role:

As our Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns for our flagship and bespoke events, such as Women In TEC, Black Heritage Future Leaders, FESTIVAL and our award-winning Internship Experience UK. With your marketing expertise, you'll drive engagement while increasing quality and reducing cost across events marketing, while ensuring all events hit their marketing targets & objectives. Your creativity and ideas will directly support our impactful events that empower and inspire the next generation of talent!

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for key events, including our largest flagship event FESTIVAL, ensuring client and internal targets are consistently met
  • Develop and oversee the creation of compelling, data-driven marketing content,ensuring all output is on-brand, high quality and optimised for results
  • Collaborate with our Events Delivery Team to create impactful campaigns to maximise attendance and engagement across diverse audiences
  • Analyse and continuously optimise campaign performance across key metrics,using insights to drive continual improvement
  • Champion innovation within the event marketing function, staying ahead of trends in student behaviour, digital marketing, and event engagement to ensure Bright Network remains relevant

  • You have strong experience in digital marketing and/or email marketing
  • You have experience working across multiple social media channels and are up-to-date with relevant communication channels
  • You’re exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail and are able to maintain a calm demeanour under the pressure of competing deadlines
  • You’re keen to develop your expertise further as a key contributor to a high-performing events team in a scaling business
