Outpost24 is currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager based in Europe or North America (Eastern Time Zone) to join our product marketing team!

Founded in 2001, headquartered in Sweden and the US, with offices in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, and Spain.

About the Product Marketing team

Our role is to bridge Product, Marketing, Sales, and the Market, owning messaging and positioning, and designing GTM plans aligned with our target and company strategy.

What we are looking for

  • A great storyteller who uses customer research to develop market hypotheses and can quickly build rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • A proactive individual who generates innovative marketing ideas and collaborates across departments to execute big projects.
  • Comfortable with failure, defining success with metrics, and using setbacks as learning opportunities.
  • Technical aptitude to break down complex topics and explain them simply to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable communicating findings and training colleagues.
  • Strong writing skills, avoiding jargon, and tailoring language to the target audience.

What you’ll do

  • Lead GTM for your product category, collaborating with teams to articulate customer messages.
  • Educate customer-facing teams on customer perceptions and value delivery.
  • Compare solutions and identify differentiators.
  • Monitor market and customer trends to inform positioning and campaigns.
  • Create compelling content for various channels to engage customers.

What you have

  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in a technical or security B2B space, with experience in product-led and sales-led GTM.
  • Deep understanding of IT and cybersecurity industries, and personas like sysadmins and CISOs.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starting attitude, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and design sensibility.
  • Operational knowledge of B2B marketing across multiple channels.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives like advocacy or cross-sell programs.
  • Experience with analyst relations is a plus.
