Job summary

Good Pharma Dermatology is seeking an Events & Marketing Executive to oversee consumer events and marketing initiatives. You will manage the full event journey from planning and budgeting to vendors, manpower, logistics, on-site execution and post-event review.

This hands-on role requires managing promoters, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with Marketing and Creative teams, and delivering post-event reports. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in events or brand activations.
• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Events Management.
• Experience managing consumer events from planning to execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events, roadshows, retail activations and partnerships from start to finish.
• Develop event concepts, objectives, promotions and activation mechanics.
• Evaluate event locations based on brand and business needs.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, stock, fixtures and event materials.
• Coordinate and manage promoters, temporary manpower and interns.
• Track event sales, budgets, ROI and KPIs.
